Clone HT-6 antibodies, can detect intracellular TdT by flow cytometric analysis. TdT is expressed in most cases of acute lymphatic leukemia (ALL), in a subset of chronic or acute myeloid leukemia (CML and AML respectively), acute non-lymphocytic leukemia (ANLL) and Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma (NHL).
