The antibody is covalently bonded to the label in a directional and controlled process at near-neutral pH. Label FluoProbes®547H is one of a new generation of fluorescent labels designed for labelling biomolecules. It has a strong absorption at 557nm, high fluorescence at 574nm (extinction coefficient 1.5 x105 cm-1M-1) and high quantum yield.
