Description: This Mouse IL-12 / IL-23 (Total p40) ELISA Ready-SET-Go! reagent set (with or without high-affinity binding microwell plates) contains the necessary reagents, buffers and diluents for performing quantitative enzyme linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA). This ELISA reagent set is specifically engineered for accurate and precise measurement of mouse IL-12 / IL-23 (total p40) protein levels from samples including serum, plasma, and supernatants from cell cultures. This assay will detect p40 protein as a monomer, homodimer, or as a heterodimer of p35p40 (IL-12 p70) or p19p40 (IL-23). This assay is not allele-specific; it recognizes IL-12 p40 from ALL mouse strains tested (Ymer, SI., et al., Genes and Immunity, 2002, 3: 151-157).
