CD75 is expressed predominantly on mature B cells in peripheral blood and germinal centers, as well as several B cell lines (e.g., Raji, Ramos). CD75 is also expressed on non-immune tissues such as breast, prostate, colon, liver, and kidney. Reports demonstrate that CD75 is a ligand of CD22.
