No. Size 14-5847-82 100 ug Description: The N28.1 monoclonal antibody recognizes the Fc receptor homolog expressed in B cells (FREB), also know as FCRLA or FcRX. FREB is a member of the family of Fc receptors for IgG (FcRg). Unlike FcRg, FREB lacks a transmembrane sequence and has an intracellular localization. FREB has been detected in proliferating and activated B cells, EBV-transformed B cells, germinal center centroblast, follicular lymphoma and the Burkitt's lymphoma cell line Raji. In contrast with published reports, the N28.1 antibody was also able to detect expression of FREB in resting B cells from normal human blood samples.
