No. Size 14-1002-82 100 ug Description: The KL-1 (aka SK31) antibody reacts with mouse Sema4A, a class IV semaphorin originally identified as SemB. Sema4A is structurally similar to Sema4D/CD100. Sema4A is reported to be expressed by dendritic cells, B cells and activated T cells. Although published data suggested that Sema4A binds to Tim-2, a T cell surface receptor, it remains to be definitively shown that these two molecules have a receptor/ligand relation. It is suggested that Sema4a can provide costimulatory signals for T cells. This KL-1 antibody works in immunoblotting but requires non-reducing conditions.
