產(chǎn)品信息
Matrigel是一種可溶性的基底膜基質(zhì)。主要成分包括：層黏連蛋白、膠原IV等，同時(shí)含TGF-β成纖維細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)因子、組織纖維酶原活化因子以及其它在EHS腫瘤中自然表達(dá)的生長(zhǎng)因子。在室溫下，Matrigel可自動(dòng)聚集產(chǎn)生類(lèi)似于哺乳動(dòng)物細(xì)胞基底膜的生物活性基質(zhì)材料。
Matrigel可以有效幫助上皮細(xì)胞等各類(lèi)細(xì)胞的附著和分化，這些細(xì)胞類(lèi)型包括：神經(jīng)細(xì)胞、肝細(xì)胞、哺乳動(dòng)物上皮細(xì)胞、黑色素瘤細(xì)胞、血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞、甲狀腺細(xì)胞及毛囊細(xì)胞等等。同時(shí)，Matrigel還會(huì)影響鼠乳腺上皮細(xì)胞的蛋白表達(dá)水平，支持周?chē)窠?jīng)再生和牛輸軟管上皮細(xì)胞的分化。
無(wú)生長(zhǎng)因子（GFR）系列可以滿(mǎn)足質(zhì)量更高的基底膜基質(zhì)制備的要求，用于細(xì)胞信號(hào)研究，諸如：鼠腎干細(xì)胞形成腎小管過(guò)程中生長(zhǎng)因子作用研究，鼠乳腺上皮干細(xì)胞的基因表達(dá)研究等。
無(wú)酚紅系列適用于有色檢測(cè)分析，如熒光檢測(cè)等
