彈性蛋白酶
豬胰腺彈性酶是一種絲氨酸蛋白酶，它能水解氨基化合物和酯。彈性酶的特殊之處在于它能作用于彈性蛋白。酶作用的*佳pH值為8.5。大豆胰蛋白酶抑制劑和激肽釋放酶抑制劑能抑制其蛋白水解活性，但不能抑制其彈性蛋白水解活性。
彈性蛋白酶是從豬胰腺中分離提取的，并進(jìn)一步用層析的方法制備，以去除殘留的其它蛋白酶的污染。
