Zeocin可選擇Sh ble基因表達(dá)的細(xì)胞。與現(xiàn)在使用的其他動(dòng)物細(xì)胞標(biāo)記物無(wú)交叉抗性。因此這種***可用來(lái)分離對(duì)其他篩選劑（如：慶大霉素，潮霉素）有抗性的克隆。Zeocin是一種屬于爭(zhēng)光霉素家族的糖蛋白***，在體內(nèi)能作用于大多數(shù)**（包括E。coli）、**（如：酵母菌）、植物細(xì)胞、動(dòng)物細(xì)胞、細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)級(jí)。
使用:
●液體Zeocin可用于細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)。

●動(dòng)物細(xì)胞篩選：根據(jù)不同細(xì)胞系從100到750＆micro；g／ml。
●植物細(xì)胞篩選：根據(jù)不同的細(xì)胞種類和培養(yǎng)基從50到250＆micro；g／ml。
●酵母篩選：取決于種屬和培養(yǎng)基，S。cerevisiae Sh ble轉(zhuǎn)化株在50＆micro；g／ml濃度的YPD培養(yǎng)基中篩選，pH7.0.304015.

Description
Zeocin™ Reagent is a member of the bleomycin antibiotic family. Resistance is conferred by the Sh ble gene which encodes a 13,665 dalton protein. In cells expressing the protein, Zeocin™ is prevented from binding and cleaving the cellular DNA. Zeocin™ is effective on most aerobic cells and can be used for selection in mammalian and insect cell lines, yeast, and bacteria. The amount of Zeocin™ required for selection will vary between 50-2000 ug/ml (typically 300 ug/ml) depending on the cell type.
